Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days across the UK, and delivery is free on every mattress with no minimum order value.
Warranty length depends on the collection, from 1 year on Diamond Essential up to 10 years on Diamond Premium Luxe. It covers manufacturing faults such as sagging beyond the accepted limit, broken springs or defective foam. It does not cover normal wear and tear or stains.
Yes. Every mattress comes with a trial period so you can sleep on it at home. If it isn't right for you, get in touch and our team will talk you through your options.

Rotate it every few months, use a breathable mattress protector and avoid bending or folding it. Spot-clean marks with a mild detergent and let it air dry fully before making the bed.
